4GIRLS Organization

Organization Description

4GIRLS inspires and empowers middle school girls to identify themselves as authentic, confident, and resilient, preparing them for real-life success.

Program Information

4GIRLS offers a comprehensive range of empowerment workshops and activities that take place year-round. These programs are designed to engage and inspire girls throughout their middle school years, helping them envision a future filled with limitless growth and potential. After middle school, many girls give back by becoming Junior Mentors, where they develop valuable leadership skills while helping to plan and facilitate workshops for the younger girls throughout the year. With the guidance and support of adult mentors, they build self-confidence, enhance their leadership abilities, and make a lasting impact on the next generation. This creates a supportive community of girls and women who encourage each other's growth and continuously introduce new ideas into the program.
