Program Information Whittier Counseling Center (WCC) is a culturally competent behavioral health agency that provides evidence-based treatment to children, youth, adults and families as well as consulting and training support to organizations. Our mission is to create healthier communities by providing highly effective behavioral health interventions as well as education on issues associated with mental health and family wellbeing.WCC has a dedicated, multi-disciplinary team of professionals experienced in the fields of psychotherapy, interpersonal violence, education, child development and conflict management.
