The International Rescue Committee responds to the world's worst humanitarian crises, helping to restore health, safety, education, economic wellbeing and power to people devastated by conflict and disaster. The IRC in Turlock/Modesto focuses on resettling survivors of conflict and persecution in the San Joaquin Valley and helps them attain self-sufficiency through casework, employment programming, English classes, and immigration services
