Program Information SHIFT consulting is a WOC owned and operated racial & gender equity consulting group. We firmly stand by the power of art to support justice, anti-racism, and equity work. We work with companies and organizations to identify their Justice, Equity, Diversity and Inclusion needs, make recommendations on their behalf and execute implementation strategies. Our goal is to make the workplace a more inclusive and accessible environment, deconstruct white supremecist culture and values in the workplace.
