Program Information

You will help patients understand their rights and responsibilities. You will guide and advocate for patients to manage the physical, mental, emotional, and financial demands of End Stage Renal Disease.

Locations: Marina(1), Salinas locations= Salinas Valley Dialysis(1), Laurel Meadows at Home(1), Pearl (1) and Soledad (1).
