Organization Description

Vision: All members of the community live and die with dignity. Mission: Honor the choices of individuals and families by providing exemplary end of life care and grief support to our community. 

Services Provided: interdisciplinary end of life care and coordination; grief support; community outreach/development

Health & Safety

Liability insurance and worker's compensation are not provided at this site.

No unusual health or safety risk. Students will be taught universal precautions.
