Organization Description

Deliver excellent and effective behavioral health services that engage individuals with complex needs in recovering their health, hopes, and dreams

Program Information

Telecare is a family- and employee-owned company that has been treating individuals with serious mental illness since 1965. We specialize in innovative, outcomes-driven services for high-risk individuals with complex needs. The culture at our programs is based on respect and non-judgment, and we celebrate individual uniqueness. Our services are designed using the Recovery-Centered Clinical System (RCCS), a personal, holistic, and comprehensive approach to recovery. We care about the interpersonal relationships we develop with the people we serve so we can foster a supportive environment where recovery can thrive.
At Telecare, we strive for excellence in providing services that help people recover their health, hopes, and dreams. We operate more than 130 programs across five states and have more than 4,000 employees supporting our diverse program settings and different levels of care. We provide an array of behavioral health services to adolescents, transition aged youth, adults, and older adults – many of whom also live with complex needs related to co-morbid substance use, chronic health conditions, criminal justice backgrounds, and homelessness.
