Archival Assistant/AidAt — Defense Language Institute (DLI) Foreign Language Center
Opportunity Summary
Assist a trained professional archivist or historian to process historical materials for long term preservation and to improve access for scholars, researchers, genealogists, veterans, and others interested in the history of US Army on the Central Coast. Students may work with historic photos or documents, help rehouse and/or digitize historical material, build finding aids, learn to use collections management and/or photo processing software, and perform related tasks.

Requirements:
- Computer Literacy
- Must be 18 or older
Opportunity Training
An archivist or historian will provide specific training necessary to complete/further a specific project.
