Opportunity Summary 

Student interns will have the opportunity to work on a research project on a public health topic of her choice, and present it as a blog/news page, a podcast recording, public service announcement, and/or a workshop event. If they speak Spanish, they may participate in public health translation of materials for health education, or host a health education event in Spanish.

Opportunity Training 

Podcast training and production, editing, and marketing and on the job training for news writing, workshop design, and public speaking skills.

Opportunity Application Instructions 

We will ask students to provide feedback on how to improve the network, so that each season it is always improving. Students receive a year of free membership to our career network and we are available to provide them with letters of recommendation or certification as requested. An orientation is provided at the beginning of the internship.
