Organization Description

Boys & Girls Club of San Dieguito and Oceanside merged and became the Boys & Girls Club of Northwest San Diego. Our organization is dedicated to providing positive activities to develop the education, health, self-esteem, and character of youth.

The Boys & Girls Club of Northwest San Diego offers a wide variety of programs to meet the needs of the community and instill a sense of belonging, usefulness, influence and competence in our youth. 

We run programs related to athletics, health, STEM, the arts, and more! We have clubhouses in:

Program Information

  ALaColonia is an After-School Program of the Boys and Girls Clubs of San Dieguito.

 

Our La Colonia Clubhouse serves 53 elementary school kids daily. We provide a safe and positive environment. Staff helps youth build their self- esteem and character by providing programs that enable them to make healthy choices. Youth will participate in age-appropriate activities. Our programs are designed to help young people gain self-confidence, increase knowledge and to develop mentally and physically. This is all done in a fun environment. Great staff help build positive futures through mentoring and academic support, fitness and recreational activities, and creating healthy lifestyles. La Colonia is truly is a big family putting smiles on the faces of all our children who need us most!
