Service Learning Opportunities*:

- Processing and editing photos/videos from Marine Life Studies programs (Research, Education, Conservation)
- Extracting identification photos of animals to be sent to other research entities nationwide
- Design educational lessons/activities for kids to be distributed virtually: coloring sheets, games, arts & crafts, puzzles, etc.
- Attending and taking notes on webinars, including topics on: current science, virtual fundraisers, social media, nonprofits, etc.
- Designing electronic flyers/graphics for social media, logos, events, etc.
- Participate in Research Boat Surveys on R/V Current’Sea to document whale and dolphin behavior and learn marine researcher techniques

*Opportunities are endless: Based on the student’s skills/strengths, they can develop a project of
their own for our organization. In the past, we’ve had students make an educational lesson for
elementary classrooms, someone designed whale/dolphin art pieces, and another made us a sticker
to promote donations to Marine Life Studies.
