Program Information Eggleston Substance Abuse and Education Program (ESAEP) l provides Level 1.0 Outpatient Services to youth ages 12-17 years and young adults ages 18-24. Services are provided to individuals who meet the ASAM criteria for level 1.0 outpatient treatment and who are at risk of developing a substance use disorder. 2.1 Intensive Outpatient Services to youth ages 12-17 years and young adults ages 18-24. Services will be provided to individuals who meet the ASAM criteria for level 2.1 Intensive outpatient treatment with a substance use disorder.
