Premium Hospice Volunteers will create greeting cards and birthday cards for hospice patients. Training and equipment provided.
Opportunity Learning Outcomes
A strong foundation of the hospice goals, patient centered approach to care, laws and requirements for hospice eligibility, understanding of grief and healthy coping skills.
Opportunity Training
About 75% of the training is self taught. The rest is done in a virtual group setting with special training from the volunteer coordinator. Volunteer coordinator will be easily accessible through the project timeline via email and phone.
