Opportunity Summary 

This opportunity would require administrative support for our district office for Bay View Academy Charter School which may include copying, filing, phone skills, data entry and interacting with the public. We also have opportunities to work with technology for the students and staff.

The hours this opportunity anytime M-F from 7:30AM-4:00 PM.

Requirements:

  • Computer Literacy
  • Health Check/Screening (e.g. temperature screening, COVID-19 test)
  • TB Test
  • Background Check (Livescan)
  • Bilingual Desired
  • Own transportation to/from school sites
Opportunity Training 

Students will receive an orientation on campus policies and procedures, sfaety overview and a tour. They will be supervised by district office staff and receive hands on training for the tasks they will be completing.

Students will receive on going support from staff they will be assisting and from the site supervisor.
