Program Information

The Planning Division’s mission is to provide comprehensive planning services to create a balanced and sustainable city that contributes to a high quality of life for our diverse community.

The Planning Division administers the City’s General Plan and Zoning Ordinance, reviews development applications, and plans for the future of the community. The Division also staffs the City's Planning Commission and Board of Architectural Review.
