Organization Description

SSC is on a mission to empower transition-age individuals with disabilities and foster youth, ages 18-22, to discover and actively engage in Long Beach's local food system so that they may acquire the necessary job-readiness skills that will enable them to secure paid employment positions within the food system. We have been in operation at our site in DTLB for over a year.
