Opportunity Summary 

Students work with community members who are preparing for naturalization/citizenship interviews by reviewing history, government and English language content.

Opportunity Learning Outcomes 

Students will gain an increased understanding of the Latinx community in the service area and will develop teaching and communication skills. Additionally, students will gain expertise in language and cultural relevant approaches working with Spanish speaking members of the community.

Opportunity Training 

Students will complete training on language and cultural competency. Additionally, students will complete training on popular education.
