Program Information

Lassen High School (LHS) is a 9-12 grade school located in Susanville, California. Located in the rural countryside, Lassen High is the largest high school in the county with a student population of approximately 800 students.

Even with our small student body we offer many AP classes, extracurricular activities, sports, clubs, online classes, and a wide range of curriculum meant to help our students be college and career ready.

Our state test scores are often above the state average in English and we continue to work on exceeding standards, but we also understand that test scores are not everything. At Lassen, we believe that every student can succeed and we offer various career pathways and alternative learning environments, along with traditional and core classes. Check out our student handbook for more information.
