Opportunity Summary 

As Editor & Marketing Intern, you’re responsible for assisting with the execution and development of new marketing and branding for Gateway Center of Monterey. You’ll work closely with the Executive Director as well as the Leadership Team of the Gateway Center. Assist in creating branding and communication strategies, including edits and suggestions for website development, social media posts, email outreach campaigns, and outreach plans. Edit and help with deliverables related to Website, Quarterly newsletter, Agency, and Without Walls Brochures. Review communication for typos, grammar mistakes, context, etc.

Requirements:

  • Computer Literacy
  • Must be 18 or older
Opportunity Training 

Executive Director, who has lead nonprofit organizations for 35 years will provide training, support and resources to make this experience successful.

Weekly check-ins either by Zoom or in person will be done throughout the term.
