National San Joaquin (Manteca, CA) is a welcoming 3,300 square foot home privately situated on a beautifully landscaped, well-lit 1.2-acre lot. This newly renovated, 14-bed facility maintains both shared and single rooms and is staffed by compassionate, highly skilled, principle-based individuals who provide personalized support to each client throughout their stay. Delicious catered meals, a well-stocked pantry, comfortable seating, and several entertainment options aid in promoting a sense of home for our clients. Our adept client care team consists of a psychiatrist, psychiatric nurse practitioner, nurse practitioner, licensed vocational nurses, mental health clinicians, mental health workers, and a Discharge Coordinator who meets regularly with each client and works unitedly towards agreed-upon goals. Our psychiatrists and nurse practitioners aid in medication management while our mental health clinicians provide caring, non-judgmental counseling in group, individual, and family therapy sessions. Prior to discharge, our clinicians will work with you in assessing which unique programs or support services may continue to provide additional assistance in achieving your long-term goals.
