CPP Mission: We cultivate success through a diverse culture of experiential learning, discovery, and innovation. PolyTransfer Mission: We aim to support underserved, underrepresented, and first-generation transfer students transitioning into Cal Poly Pomona. We do this through providing programs and services where transfer students are supported through 1:1 coaching, academic support, and intentional programming focused on helping them transition into, through, and out of Cal Poly Pomona successfully.
