Opportunity Summary
Students will get the opportunity to work alongside a physical therapist and see how they evaluate and treat all different types of patients with injuries that span from post-operative to overuse.
Opportunity Learning Outcomes
- Learn injury assessment/risk/ROM tests. - Understand injury protocol for return to sport. - Better understand the full kinetic chain and how each muscle interacts/compensates for eachother through insertion, origin, action, agonist, antagonistic muscles etc.
Opportunity Training
Students will always be working with a physical therapist who will help guide the treatments.
