Organization Description

Telecare is a family- and employee-owned company that has been treating individuals with serious mental illness since 1965. We specialize in innovative, outcomes-driven services for high-risk individuals with complex needs. The culture at our programs is based on respect and non-judgment, and we celebrate individual uniqueness. Our services are designed using the Recovery-Centered Clinical System (RCCS), a personal, holistic, and comprehensive approach to recovery. We care about the interpersonal relationships we develop with the people we serve so we can foster a supportive environment where recovery can thrive.

Health & Safety

RISK NOTE:  All students are trained with CPI and field safety. If in the field, they will shadow for training for a minimum of 1 week and then be shadowed to make sure they are ready to provide services. Telecare as a whole does not send neither staff or interns to dangerous places purposely. If we know it is dangerous, we do not go out.
