Tumble 'N Dots offers internship opportunities focused on fostering professional development, hands-on learning, and leadership opportunities within a pediatric clinic setting offering speech and occupational therapy in individual and group sessions.
1. Student will be able to understand and apply principles and foundational knowledge of occupational therapy, including sensory processing, motor skills, social-emotional skills, through involvement in group and individual sessions. 2. Student will display an understanding of therapy techniques and demonstrate evolving clinical reasoning skills based on participation in sessions with therapists. 3. Student will display a strong ability to prepare and lead activities within group sessions with the support of an occupational therapist.
