Opportunity Summary 

Service Learners will work directly with Digital NEST's Watsonville Center Manager and Member Advocate to support positive center membership and program objectives. Your goal is to create a welcoming environment and enhance the member experience for all Digital NEST members.

 

Responsibilities: 

  • Compiling membership reports
  • Scheduling room reservations
  • Taking general inquiries and calls
  • Directing Members, participants and visitors to appropriate NEST staff
  • Providing tours and orientations for new members 
  • Support our Member Specialists in coordination of NEST community events

Requirements:

  • Computer Literacy
  • Bilingual Desired
  • Reliable transportation to get to the site
  • Availability: Monday - Friday between 2pm-6pm, some occasional weekend
