CSU Stanislaus - Kids Integrated Development of Skill: Parental Leadership and Advocacy for Youth (KIDS:PLAY)

Program Information

Program at Stan State develop by Professor Bruce Davey from Kinesiology. 

In this program, children will have fun while practicing a wide range of motor skills and playing games under the direction of an adapted PE teacher and with the assistance of students who are enrolled in the introduction to adapted physical education course (KINS 4800). During the sessions parents will be provided with opportunities to learn about motor skill development and how to get their child(ren) involved in physical activity outside of school, in the community, and home.
