Opportunity Summary 

On My Own is a large social service organization serving multiple counties in the North Bay and greater Sacramento region. Our organization serves people with developmental or intellectual disabilities. We have a variety of programs and services that provide direct training and support to the clients we serve. We explore and serve in all capacities of a person's life from independent living to employment. Because of the nature of work the opportunities to provide support or produce a useful product for our staff or clients are vast. We look for creative, energetic, reliable people. We have a strong and happy work culture and support those who are here to support us and the clients we serve.

Opportunity Learning Outcomes 

Learning is an internal process and our company is open to hearing what you would like to learn. At the least you will walk away with the understanding of the Developmental and Intellectual Disability services community and how it works. You will learn of the various services that exist and how services are delivered. On the journey of learning there may be other discoveries that might benefit our clients or staff such as community resources or partnerships.
