Organization Description

Palomar College respects each of our students' experiences and supports them to achieve academic success. As a community college, we encourage our students to embrace the best version of themselves and prepare them to engage with our local and global communities.

Program Information

TRIO ETS is a federally funded grant program that serves 500 first generation/low-income students from 6th-12th in the Vista Unified School District. The program's mission is to provide access and information to underrepresented students regarding college going opportunities, academic advising, and mentorship to post secondary attainment and completion.

Health & Safety

The position will required the student to work at a target school site in the Vista Unified School District: Vista High School, Rancho Buena Vista High School, Rancho Minerva Middle School, Vista Innovation Design & Academy to serve student participants.
