Opportunity Summary
We would like the service learning volunteer to help us with our new library and give more students access to reading. We have many new books and different organizations wanting to donate books and we need someone to organize them and then get the books out to our students.
Opportunity Learning Outcomes
How to support students who are incarcerated and gain organizational skills.
Opportunity Training
The service learning student will be taught how to use our check-out system, the rules of interacting with students who are incarcerated, how to mentor students, and how to navigate with community partners.
