Organization Description

Movement Matters Collective strives to remove as many barriers to entry to wellness opportunities as faced by many communities. Our services aid in improving overall well-being with the use of mindful movement modalities such as Pilates, Yoga, Dance, and breathwork. We empower our neighbors of all ages and experience levels with tools to help them feel good inside and out. Our compassionately designed 1:1 and group sessions can be experienced virtually, at pop-up community events, or in our fully equipped studio in the South Park area of San Diego.
