Organization Description

The City of Seaside seeks to Include, Innovate, and Inspire Students. The city of Seaside offers many personalized opportunities for Service Learners. The enriching opportunities prove service learners with real, hands-on experience and a sense of community. 

Program Information

Responsibilities include accounting activities related to managing government finance activities, such as recording revenue received by the City from multiple sources and tracking City-wide expenses. Responsibilities also include assisting with budget planning and preparing financial statements for the City. The student will be expected to interact with the public, City staff, and other City officials.

Health & Safety

All activity performed on City property becomes a public record. For example, if a student checks email on a City computer it becomes a public record.
