To uplift our Modesto communities by providing outreach services focused on Health, Safety, and Education for all individuals through community engagement and advocacy.

Program Information

Founded in 1991 by a coalition of concerned citizens working in public service and education, WMCC (formerly The Stanislaus Multi-Cultural Community Health Coalition) has always focused on creating access to and awareness of issues impacting health. Success is achieved through thoughtful collaboration with faith-based organizations, city services, schools, and community-based organizations.

Assist clinician in mental health program in psychosocial assessments, counseling services, referrals, screenings, crisis interventions, home visits, case management, facilitating support groups. Provide presentations in the community and in programs within the organization. Opportunities for outreach and canvassing, advocating and empowering individuals.
