Organization Description

LBCAP provides a wide variety of free services to residents living in low-income households who have experienced educational, social, or economic barriers to self-sustainability. Programs include utility assistance, tax assistance, youth programs, and community media. One of our programs, Public Access Digital Network (PADNET), is a community media center and public access television station. We provide media resources and training to create video content that fosters Long Beach pride and engagement in our community.
