Carmel Cares

Organization Description

To keep Carmel a beautiful, safe, and inviting place through maintenance and improvement projects and programs in partnership with the City of Carmel Public Works Department.

Health & Safety

If we are doing a project with a large group of students they will not be totally supervised 100% of the time. For instance, if we are doing a beach cleanup, they will be given equipment and directed to an area of the beach and a supervisor will not be with them. Same or a City cleanup or a gardening project at the Forest Theater.

We have every volunteer sign a liability waiver and safety instruction form and review the important elements with them.
