Organization Description
FY&C Mission The Sonoma County Family, Youth and Children’s Division ensures the safety and wellbeing of children, youth, and families in our communities. We provide culturally sensitive, inclusive, and trauma informed services and resources with the goal of ensuring supportive placements, temporary shelter care, and permanency. By promoting diverse community collaboration and connections, we are committed to addressing the root causes of systemic racism, socio-economic oppression, and intergenerational trauma that may lead to child abuse and neglect and disproportionalitywithin the child welfare system
