Program Information Sevita is a provider of home and community-based specialty health care. We serve adults and children with intellectual and developmental disabilities, individuals with complex care needs, people recovering from brain injury, children in foster care, adults and children with autism, and other individuals who may require care across a lifetime. Our specific facility, Winways NeuroRestorative, serves individuals with brain injuries as we seek to rehabilitate and return our clients to work, community, and productive activities.
