Business Organizational Internship - We are asking to have business psychology principles applied to both our team and customer evaluations. This means measuring staff performance via interviewing all members of each store.
Organize promotions/Social media interactions
Organize and sort customer reviews
Quantify drink scale ratings with Microsoft Spreadsheets
Team Evaluations (Likert scale)
Management Evaluations (Likert scale)
Qualifications:
Active Employee
College-level student
B or higher in business/industrial organizational class
MUST BE ABLE TO:
- Part-time / Minimum of 2 shifts a week
- Open availability preferred
- One weekend shift requirement (Sat/Sun)
- Must have excellent communication skills and work ethic
- Must be able to lift at least 40 lbs
Conduct one-on-one interviews with members of 7leaves staff
Interviews will consist of asking each member how they would rate their shift, co-workers, and shift leaders on a 10 point Likert scale
Record and organize results with Microsoft spreadsheets
Analyze yelp reviews of each store and record each level with Microsoft spreadsheets
Training:
The store manager will teach the employee how to interview staff one-on-one to evaluate shift-lead performance, manager performance, and team member performance. Student should already be well-taught in how to use spreadsheets in order to organize and record information.
Learning Outcomes:
By the end of the academic internship, the student will have responsibly completed team evaluations, management evaluations, and customer evaluations. They will also submit company official spreadsheets containing each staff member's confidential rating of shift satisfaction and manager satisfaction. They will use college-level mathematics to quantify and organize customer ratings.
