Summer Internship with our People & Engagement team focusing on improving talent operations planning.
• Support Blue Shield's Great Place to Work enterprise activities, including developing employee and leader communications, designing, and maintaining Shield Central (intranet) site, planning internal events, and analyzing employee engagement survey data. .
• Track and implement activities as part of the Leadership and Organizational Development team’s Great Place to Work action plan.
• Work with Talent Operations to facilitate workshops, meetings, training, and definition/documentation of processes/procedures within the Talent Organization.
• Provide program development and support for our talent pipeline programs
