We are hiring an Faculty Affairs Enterprise Software Intern.

Complete training on the enterprise software Interfolio Faculty 180.

Provide assistance and primary data input, as required, to faculty members.

Run analytics and reports for various colleges based on entered data and cross check, ground truth and trouble shoot the resulting reports.

Provide excellent customer service and maintain service records on faculty interactions.

Provided assistance with other Provost Office duties, as these arise and are assigned

Submit weekly written progress report to the Associate Provost of Faculty Affairs.

Tasks:

a) “The intern will demonstrate achievement of the learning outcomes by .…\\
i) Completing orientation and training
ii) Providing weekly written reports on progress
iii) Completing assigned sections of faculty 180 faculty data base population.
iv) Completing faculty lists and college crosschecks as assigned.
v) Completing sample reports and cross-checking data sources against results.
vi) Submitting a final written report outlining compliments and recommendations for future deployment of this enterprise software to faculty.

Training:
To help the student achieve the learning outcomes, the Office of the Provost Faculty Affairs unit will…
i) Provide weekly feedback on student’s written submitted reports
ii) Conduct weekly meetings for performance input
iii) Provide a formal orientation job duties in week 1
iv) Debrief the student with written and oral question prompts on the quality of the experience
v) Provide a final summative report to the student on the internship experience

Learning Outcome:
By the end of the internship, the student will…
i) be familiar with enterprise software in business environments and the particulars of data support and integration with Interfolio software products as they are deployed in higher education.
ii) have accumulated experience in higher education faculty affairs management and customer service by means of direct contact with faculty members during the course of this project.
iii) be able to run reports and cross check data sources independently in evaluation of reporting accuracy
iv) have writing skills sufficient to produce a succinct cost-benefit analysis of Faculty 180.
