Bucklew Programs: Social Work Employment-Based

Since 1970, Buckelew Programs has been dedicated to empowering individuals in shaping healthy, strong, purposeful lives. The care we provide is vital to those experiencing mental illness and/or substance use challenges. Our wide range of services for adults and children in the North Bay includes Counseling, Recovery, Service Navigation, Suicide Prevention and Supported Housing. We are there for our clients with transformative life-changing care.

Today, we deliver direct services to over 3,500 clients in Marin, Sonoma and Napa counties in addition to responding to approximately 12,000 calls annually from Marin, Sonoma, Lake and Mendocino counties through our accredited Suicide Prevention Hotline. Included in these numbers are more than 650 individuals that remained in stable health and safe housing this past year and over 900 engaged in substance use treatment through Buckelew’s Helen Vine Recovery Center.
