Opportunity Summary 

THe responsibilities of MDC student staff include but are not limited to; Assist MDC leaders with their lesson plans and activities, Guide MDC participants through the activities, Assist MDC directors and leaders with daily operations, Communicate with MDC participants' parents, Assist behavior management plan for MDC participants (Reward System, Task Card, Token Board, Etc.), Practice safety precautions

Opportunity Learning Outcomes 

Implementation of various behavior management plans, modification of exercise for different needs, improve communication and leadership skills, different strategies to operate activity program for individuals with disabilities.

Opportunity Training 

Introduction of behavior intervention plan, Communications, Basic program operation
