Organization Description

The Colorado State Library (CSL) helps libraries, schools, museums, and other organizations improve services, making it easier for all Coloradans to access and use the materials and information they need for lifelong learning. Our values are access, service, education, and integrity. We provide leadership and expertise in developing library-related policies, activities, and assistance for school, public, academic, and special libraries. A primary goal of our efforts is to improve the ability of libraries to provide quality services to all Coloradans.

Health & Safety

Hybrid work with some in-person meetings at the Colorado Department of Education's state library offices. In-person meetings will be scheduled in advance. All in-person/ on-site activities will be in the company of site supervisor. Fieldwork intern will not be on-site at any time without supervision. Any additional requirements will be presented to students in discussion prior to internship registration.

  • SUPERVISION: Students will be supervised less than 50% of the time.
