Opportunity Summary 

Working closely with our soccer students at Monterey Condors Youth Soccer, our coaches and mentors to teach the sport of soccer through character based instruction, both on and off the field. Mentors are instructed in the club's soccer and character curriculum. Working closely with the Director of Coaching (DOC), coaches and mentors are monitored weekly to ensure that they are meeting the club's standards for mentors and coaches.
