Program Information The ECF Art Center is a progressive studio located in Whittier. We serve adult artists with developmental disabilities. We offer support from professional art instructors to develop new skills, foster creativity, and encourage collaboration. We work to bridge our studio to the greater art community outside our doors and beyond.
