Program Information South Coast Post Acute is a 131 bed Skilled Nursing Facility. We specialize in post acute licensed nursing services and rehabilitative services, including physical, occupational and speech Therapy services, designed to help our patients achieve maximum functional capacity and return to their homes and community as quickly and safely as possible. We have a dedicated staff of social workers, activities, dietary, housekeeping, laundry, certified nurse assistants and restorative nurse aides who work with nursing and rehab. to individualize each patients plan of care to enhance every patients stay at South Coast Post Acute.
