Volunteer HOPE Corps Volunteer Intake and Team Lead At — Operation HOPE

Opportunity Summary 

Data Review and Actioning The individual will monitor the intake queue, reports, and dashboards and work with the Intake and Screening team to implement interventions to get volunteers through the intake and screening process. Team Oversight, Support, and Engagement The individual will support the recruitment and supervision of three to five Intake and Screening Team Members. They will support the onboarding and training of team members, share the ongoing day-to-day support with the Volunteer Operations and Digital Engagement Manager, and lead continuous team building, engagement, and appreciation activities. They will oversee quality control regarding the intake and screening process implementation and ensure shift coverage for the screening calendar.
