Opportunity Summary
Under the direction of the assigned administrator and as part of a treatment team this position implements evidence-based behavior reduction and skill acquisition programs developed by a Board Certified Board Analyst (BCBA) based on the science of Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) in one-on-one and in group settings. Behavioral Tech, one-on-one Instructional Aide.

QUALIFICATIONS:
- Satisfactory results from pre-employment physical required. Must pass prior to employment.
- HS Diploma/Equivalent
- Satisfactory results from a Proficiency Exam OR 48 semester units of college coursework.
- 1 year of experience working with students on an individual education plan (IEP) with physical or verbal challenging behaviors.
UPON HIRE MUST PRESENT:
- TB clearance,
- High School Diploma,
- Official Transcripts,
- DMV Driving Record Printout,
- CA Driver's License, and Proof of Auto Insurance Liability (MUST be listed as a driver).
COMPLETE a 40-hour training (online or in-person) based on Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) and satisfactorily demonstrate mastery of the ABA competencies within one year of hire.
