Garden to Table Silicon Valley
Organization Description
Garden to Table Silicon Valley runs a one-acre educational farm located in downtown San Jose. In 2013, our nonprofit transformed a vacant city lot into what is now an educational hub rooted in community resilience. Our mission is to create a sustainable, local food system that builds community, improves access to healthy foods, and teaches residents to cultivate their own fruits and vegetables. We strive to address food insecurity, improve health and well-being, and create a strong community through our many programs.
