Training
1. The Instructor will develop and plan lessons and activities with the Teaching Assistant
2. The Instructor will meet regularly with the Teaching Assistant and be available to support as needed
3. The Instructor will implement a feedback process for the Teaching Assistant
4. The Instructor will deliver regular training to the Teaching Assistant
Learning Outcomes
1. Apply critical thinking skills required to be an effective paraprofessional within the field of experimental psychology
2. Employ proficient written and verbal communication skills, including the appropriate use of technology such as Canvas
3. Demonstrate knowledge of the basic theories and general practices for effectively assisting within the classroom environment
