Help and assist with supervising children, planning some age-appropriate activities. Focused around fine and large motor development.  Plan a circle time reinforcing language development. 

Work alongside staff in various classrooms specific to each age group.
Participate in fire and earthquake drills, assist with injuries.
Engage with families at drop off and pick up times.
Discuss pros & cons of lesson planning after an activity to see what worked and what could be improved.

Training:

Help understand what is age appropriate.
Reminding to always be alert to situations.
Help to understand appropriate communication with parents.
Offer any learning advice/materials.
Remind them to always hear both sides.

Learning Outcomes:

Have a better understanding of behaviors for ages 2-5 years old.
Learn how to make quick decisions.
Speak/ communicating with parents/staff.
Plan age-appropriate curriculum.
